Returns & Exchanges

At NEC EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log in to your NEC EU customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
